Summer Squash and Prosciutto Pizza with Garden Fresh Herbs
Natalie's Yummy Summer Salad/Salsa
So, as you may have discerned from the title, we had a guest for dinner Friday night (
Cafe Rushmore is code for when Nick and I play host).
Natalie came over bearing a bowl of salad creativity and we made pizza, using our summer squash from the
CSA and a bunch of home-grown herbs. It was a very satisfying meal with good conversation in addition to good food.
