Seasoned Beef, Sharp Cheddar, Cabbage and Salsa Fresca over Corn Tortillas
I love Penzey's! My love affair began in college in Madison when I would walk into the Penzey's shop on University Ave on my way home from class just to smell. An instant cure for homesickness. Here's the spread I used to season the beef for last night's tacos. I also used up the green onions and cabbage from our last CSA delivery, which is good because we get a new one today and I'm so excited!
