Yesterday's project was to use up the rhubarb. I used half to make a syrup, which I thought could be added to lots of beverages, alcoholic and non, and half to infuse more
vodka. The vodka will have to sit for a few days in the fridge, but I should have just enough time to strain it before we leave for our trip.
