Rhubarb Ginger Ice Cream in Ginger Ale
I made a batch of this
ice cream for a cook-out at a friend's house this weekend. It was very tasty on it's own, but with the little bit of left-over ice cream we decided to make floats. Very fun! I might also try this with plain club soda on recommendation from JJ.
