Pepper and Caramelized Onion Pizza
Since our bag of peppers from
Harmony Valley is bursting at the seams, we decided to use some of them up on a Saturday night pizza. We also threw on a bunch of caramelized onions, our last tomato, a handful of fresh herbs from the yard (before the snow could cover them), some pinenuts and chevre. The peppers gave a nice spectrum of flavors from sweet to spicy. Pizza is extra tasty in the fall, for some reason.
