Thai Green Curry with Chicken, Celeriac, and Sweet Potatoes
We co-hosted a small group last week at our house for a Thai themed meal. Our friend Katie, who we visited in Thailand last year, was in town for the holidays and we all cooked up some Thai goodies for friends. Katie brought some delicious laab, of which I did not get a picture, and I made the above curry and some sticky rice with mangoes for dessert. It was a nice respite from traditional holiday foods and a tasty way to reminisce about our travels together.
