Portland Home Cooked Highlights
Next up are all the tasty treats that Kate whipped up for us during our stay. Highlights include the Thanksgiving turkey; slow cooker roast beef with sweet potato oven fries; morning espresso; pumpkin waffles with banana-coconut compote and whipped cream; a Dutch baby; and the Dutch baby dressed up with baked cinnamon apples. Not included are pictures of the rest of the Thanksgiving meal, because I was so busy eating it, that I failed to photograph it. It was that good.
